CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are non refundable - Cancellations are acceptable up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling is done via confirmation email. No call no shows / same day cancellations will result in 40% or service courtesy fee. Failure to comply will result being banned from booking.
